We are seeking an enthusiastic **Marketing Intern/Working Student** to join our team for a dynamic, hands-on experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Growth team and Founder, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of marketing and helping us take our presence to the next level.

This internship is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of marketing and go to market by supporting our growth and expansion strategy while gaining valuable experience.

**Responsibilities**
- **
Social Media Marketing**: Elevate our online presence by supporting the development and daily execution of our growth and expansion strategy.
- ** Demand & Lead Generation**: Assist in optimizing demand and lead generation campaigns across performance marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and take ownership of operational activities.
- ** CRM & Marketing Automation**: Gain insights into Salesforce and support optimizing customer journeys to boost awareness, generate leads, and drive business customer acquisition.
- ** Content Marketing**: Contribute to content planning, creation, and distribution to achieve our content marketing goals.
- ** Event Management**:Plan and organize events with guerilla marketing to boost ClearOps awareness in a totally new way.

**Qualifications**- Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level in written communication).- Ability to work independently, take the lead on projects, and contribute creative ideas.- Familiarity with social media channels and a strong ambition to learn more about marketing technology.- Interest in technology, supply chains, and start-up-related topics, with basic knowledge in these areas.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).- Experience with design tools like Canva and Figma would be great.
