**Who you report to**: Operations Coordinator
Overview and organization of all transports of the rental (production transports), the service center (maintenance transports) and any transports between branches or branches and customers for the headquarters at the Feistritz in Rosental.

**What the job is all about**:

- Administrative activities
- Overview of all transports, information provided by relevant departments
- Organization of transports (rental, maintenance, general)
- Creation of transport documents (packing lists, battery declaration...)
- For international transports: clarification of customs requirements and creation or organization of documents and processes (carnet, house inspection, commercial invoice...)
- Maintenance of forwarding contacts, recurring evaluation or research
- Settlement of claims with the insurance
- Bearing
- Checking and logging the PPE
- Receipt of goods (external check)
- Support
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Equipment assembly and dismantling in the hall for test purposes
- Inventory
- Short-term trips to deliver replacement material for jobs

Übersicht und Organisation aller Transporte des Verleihs (Produktionstransporte), des Service-Centers (Wartungstransporte) und aller Transporte zwischen Filialen bzw. Filialen und Kunden für die Zentrale in der Feistritz im Rosental.

**Aufgaben, Zuständigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Administrative Tätigkeiten
- Übersicht über alle Transporte, Information der zuständigen Abteilungen
- Organisation von Transporten (Vermietung, Wartung, allgemein)
- Erstellung von Transportdokumenten (Packlisten, Batterieerklärung...)
- Bei internationalen Transporten: Klärung der Zollanforderungen und Erstellung bzw. Organisation von Dokumenten und Abläufen (Carnet, Hausbeschau, Handelsrechnung...)
- Pflege von Speditionskontakten, wiederkehrende Auswertungen oder
- Recherchen
- Schadensregulierung mit der Versicherung
- Lagern
- Kontrolle und Protokollierung der PSA
- Wareneingang (externe Kontrolle)
- Unterstützung
- Be
- und Entladen von LKWs

- und Abbau der Geräte in der Halle zu Testzwecken

**Berufliche Anforderungen**:
**Kenntnisse/Bildung/Ausbildung/Erfahrung**:
