The Opportunity
Would you like to gain first-hand experience in the Program Management of an innovative high-growth tech company?
In this role, you will be well-equipped to assist our Product and Program Managers on a day-to-day basis in determining strategic priorities and programs, shaping the future of 3D reality capture technologies and pushing the boundaries of mobile mapping for customers around the globe, while simultaneously bringing the customer value of NavVis’ Mapping Systems to the next level.
As part of our Program Management Reality Capture team, you will collaborate with industry-focused engineers, designers, our customer facing teams, marketing as well as our customers, to lead the delivery of various projects within our programs of our Mobile Mapping Systems.

How you will make an impact
- You will partner closely with the Program Managers of different teams and constituent groups for project coordination and management, timeline planning, reporting and documentation, as well as communication
- You will identify gaps in processes and help define new and more efficient processes
- You will cultivate a culture of openness and transparency between different teams to increase the likelihood of program success
What will help you succeed in the role
- You are currently enrolled in a German university and studying Economics, Management or a similar field. Prior experience in a Program/Project Management role is a plus
- An affinity for tech topics will help you to understand our product portfolios
- Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills will enable you to handle your day-to-day tasks
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and coordination
- The ability to proactively identify problem areas and mobilize the relevant people to resolve possible issues
