We are an international automotive supplier offering body solutions that make tomorrow's mobility safe. With over 8,000 employees worldwide, we develop and produce complex metal and hybrid structures for body-in-white and chassis, which make a decisive contribution to the optimum protection of all vehicle occupants in the event of a car accident.

Your tasks
- Legal support of our departments, especially in draft, review and negotiation of national and international contracts for sales, purchase, R&D
- Advising in general legal issues (i.e. insolvencies, insurance claims)
- Cooperation with and control of legal firms and insurances within a national and international context
- Cooperation concerning the processing in cases of warranty and damage
- Conception and execution of internal training courses
- Participation in international special projects in the administrative field

**Profile**:

- University degree in law or in business law
- First professional experience in the previously mentioned tasks, in the automotive-field preferably
- Expert knowledge in contract and commercial law, insolvency law as well as in private international law
- Negotiating skills as well as a precise written and spoken expression and confident communication with all management levels
- Analytical and proactive thinking, willingness to take responsibility
- Good MS-Office skills, SAP skills ideally
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- German fluent
