**The role**

The Account Executive will be managing sales and relationships with existing, but predominantly new, end user customers as well as system integrators, technology partners and consultants in the assigned territory. The main role is to increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the DACH team.

**What your day will look like**
- Develop the assigned sales territory for company products
- Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners
- Visit predominantly end user customers/partners/consultants at their premises
- Manage forecasts and achieve quotas
- Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers and MRs
- Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants
- Coordinate end user customer, integrator, consultant training
- Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition

**Requirements**:
**About you**
- At least 5 years' professional experience in roles requiring regular exchanges with customers or partners, if possible in a technological environment with links to the security field.
- Native Italian speaker and professional level in English.
- Initial experience in a pre-sales role in an innovative IT or security company
- Excellent oral presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and incident resolution skills
- Knowledge of the security market
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
- Customer orientation, commercial and interpersonal skills
- Work organization within project deadlines
- Positive attitude

Knowledge
- IP network systems and protocols
- Windows Operating Systems
- With a deep knowledge of the Italian Security Market
- PC configuration

**Even better if you have these assets**
- Engineering degree in electronics, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the security field in the local region
- Experience as a security system installer or commissioner and as a system integrator.
- Genetec product range
- MCSE and/or CCNA certification
- Problem analysis and incident resolution
- Security market
