**Your Role Within Our Client's Team**

Joining our client's dynamic team, your focus will be split across stakeholder management, team leadership, and hands-on project coordination alongside special ad-hoc analysis work.

**Key Responsibilities**

Stakeholder management and presenting to the leadership team regularly, with updates on Accounting team's work and progress on any ongoing projects

Complex analysis work on ad-hoc basis, assisting the team when investigation is needed to determine the root cause of a complex issue or discrepancy in figures

Project management, especially with any system upgrades or process implementations

Team leadership, ensuring strong structure and clear delegation of responsibilities, while providing continue development opportunities for your team members.

**Your Profile**

Strong Accounting background, with solid experience across either IFRS or HGB

Experience using banking systems other than just DATEV

Experienced with monthly/annual closing, to ensure you can support the team if unexpected issues come up

Leadership/management experience

Growth and innovation mindset

Fluent in German and English

**Salary**: 80.000,00€ - 110.000,00€ per year
