**Job Description**:
Join our 3E Team

Our HR Team is growing and we are looking for HR Generalist located in Germany near to our office in Markdorf or Siegen (hybrid position).

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining employee documentation and personnel filing to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process, making sure all necessary steps and appropriate systems are updated accordingly.
- Assisting with European immigration initiatives in coordinating work visas and relocation.
- Processing employee changes, amendments, new hires and terminations.
- Administration of benefits
- Time tracking - working directly with managers and employees to ensure proper tracking, usage and compliance.
- Partnering with the Finance team on a monthly basis to report appropriate payroll changes.
- Providing responsive customer service and support to all employees regarding HR policies and programs
- Supporting employee engagement programs, which include employee wellness, ID&B, Motivosity and partnering with offices to coordinate on-site events.
- Preparing reports and collecting data as required by management and HR Team.
- Enhancing department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years’ HR experience (HR assistant, specialist, or generalist)
- Current knowledge of HR practices is required, knowledge of German labor laws is a big plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal/written communication in both English and German is a must, other European language is a plus
- Highly motivated with a high attention to detail
- Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships and encompass corporate values
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadline
- Ability to participate and support departmental projects
