Aufgaben
- Du bist.........
- Vorgesetzter und Ansprechpartner für die komplette Haustechnik
- Garantieren die Professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Fremddienstleistern (Angebotsanforderung, Vertragsverhandlung und Beaufsichtigung vor Ort)
- Sie haben die Kontrolle der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in technischen und bautechnischen Belangen und darauf die Kontrolle der Sicherheitsstandards in diesen Bereichen umzusetzen
- Die Überwachung der betrieblichen Sicherheit im Rahmen der geltenden Brandschutz
- & Arbeitsschutzbestimmungen
- Planung, Organisation und Realisierung von Wartungs
- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
- Betreuung technischer Anlagen
- Budgetverantwortung und Planung von Investitionen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Übernahme von Manager on Duty Diensten
- Mitverantwortung für das Rekrutieren neuer Mitarbeiter

Qualifikation

yourskills
- Du bringst mehrjährige leitende operative Erfahrung im Bereich Technik in der Hotellerie bzw. Immobilienmanagement und -entwicklung mit
- Deine technische Ausbildung oder Studium (Fachschule für Technik oder Fachhochschule) hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Erfahrungen in Kostenmanagement, Budgetplanung, Forecasting
- Vertrags
- und verhandlungssicheres Englisch ist für dich selbstverständlich sowie sehr gute MS-Office KenntnisseSelbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Kreativität und der Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und das Wesentliche zu erkennen
