**About the role**:

- As a Product Owner (M/F/d) for electrical machines you are responsible for two teams, the electrical and magnetic design team and the mechanical design team
- You create and prioritize the product backlog that aligns with the product vision and goals and continuously refine it based on feedback and changing business needs
- Furthermore you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: purchasing, quality and industrialization to ensure that the product meets customer needs

**Qualifications**:

- Degree as an **Electrical Engineer (f/m/d)**, **Mechatronics Engineer (f/m/d)**, or a comparable engineering professional
- **Experience** in the **design** and/or **production** of **electrical machines** and understanding of the industry, products, and customer requirements
- **Experience** in collaborating with **purchasing** and selecting **suppliers** to ensure **product quality**:

- Ability to address and **solve quality issues
