**Industry Advisor (m/w/d)**:
Standort: Radolfzell / Offenbach / Hannover / Bielefeld / Home-Office (Deutschlandweit)

**Dein zukünftiger Wirkungsbereich**
- Du berätst unsere Kunden als erste_r Ansprechpartner_in mit klarem Branchenfokus - du erkennst spezifische Herausforderungen, entwickelst individuelle Strategien und entwirfst belastbare Roadmaps für deren digitale Transformation.
- Dabei bringst du nicht nur strategisches und prozessuales Verständnis ein, sondern nutzt auch deine Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren CX-Produkten, um Anforderungen realistisch zu bewerten und den Weg zur Umsetzung aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Presales und den Umsetzungsteams zusammen und sorgst für einen durchgängigen Übergang von der Vision bis zur konkreten Realisierung.
- Intern förderst du den Wissenstransfer und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team branchenbezogene Best Practices weiter.

**Dein Talent**
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Wissen in einer bestimmten Branche (z. B. Maschinenbau, Automotive, Handel) und verstehst deren geschäftliche Herausforderungen und Prozesse tiefgehend.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der strategischen Beratung, Business Transformation oder Prozessanalyse mit - ergänzt durch solide Kenntnisse in mindestens einem CX-Produkt (z. B. SAP Sales Cloud oder Service Cloud).
- Du nutzt dein CX-Verständnis, um technologische Lösungsansätze einzuordnen - verlierst dabei aber nie den Blick auf den geschäftlichen und branchenspezifischen Kontext.
- Du arbeitest interdisziplinär, denkst konzeptionell, kommunizierst sicher - auf Deutsch und Englisch - und hast Spaß daran, komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen.
