Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im Tagesgeschäft sowie in der Durchführung von Jahresprozessen (wie z.B. Talent & Performance)- Recherche und Aufarbeitung von unterschiedlichen HR-Themen- Mitwirken an operativen und strategischen Projekten im Bereich Personalmanagement- Mitarbeit an vielfältigen Aufgaben rund um das Thema Personaladministration

Was wir suchen- Studium der Fachrichtung Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, Geisteswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich HR- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie freundliches und sicheres Auftreten- Interesse an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben in der modernen Personalarbeit und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
