We are looking for a person like you, willing to move to Berlin to be the head of maintenance for our hotel, responsible and dynamic people, with a level of German (minimum B2). You will have breakfast and lunch included and accommodation for the beginning (the first 3 months).

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Verify and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan.
- Inspect the condition of facilities, machinery and equipment.
- Contact and supervise outsourced maintenance services and the development of regulatory inspections.
- Execution of basic current maintenance repairs of the building in coordination with the needs transmitted by the other departments of the hotel, as well as in accordance with the needs found after the execution of preventive maintenance plans.
- Keep Management and the person responsible for Area Maintenance informed about the status of the facilities and machinery, the behavior of suppliers and subcontracted maintenance companies.
