Are you experienced in hospitality? Do you enjoy working in an international environment? Do you speak multiple languages? And can you deliver an epic experience to customers? Then we are looking for you St. Christopher´s is looking for an experienced night receptionist on a full-time/part-time basis. The general shift time for this role is 24:00-08:00.

The hostel is located near Alexanderplatz. Please note working weekends are required. German is preferred but not essential, any extra languages are a huge plus We are looking forward to hearing from you : )

Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest issues and concerns in a professional manner
- Host and create a memorable stay for our guests
- Taking care of operational and administrative tasks during your shift
- Work in a team and be ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, bar)

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Must have good computer skills
- Able to work well under pressure and successfully handle difficult situations
- Possess initial experience or you are passionate about hospitality
- Fluent in English; and any other languages are an advantage
- Comfortable working alone
