mITblick ist Experte der ersten Stunde in den Bereichen Scrum, Agiles Requirements Engineering und Agile Transformation. Wir helfen unseren Kund*innen agiler zu werden. Wir schaffen es, in schwierigen Projekten, Konstellationen und Unternehmen funktionierende, angepasste agile Vorgehensweisen einzuführen.Zur Unterstützung unserer Kolleg*innen und Projekte in Stuttgart suchen wir ab sofort

**Hilfe in Web-Design und ‑Programmierung sowie Website-Optimierung**:

- Monatliche Arbeitszeit ca. 32 Stunden**Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören**:

- Dein sicherer Umgang mit WordPress und den vielfältigen technischen Möglichkeiten dieses CMS lassen Dich alle damit verbundenen Aufgabenstellungen lösen
- Du unterstützt die Contentpflege unseres Internetauftrittes und sorgst für Aktualität
- Du hast Spaß an der Programmierung von Schnittstellen und spezifischer Erweiterungen eingesetzter Tools, Durchführen von Updates und Installationen
- Während Deiner Tätigkeit bringst Du aktiv Deine Ideen zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Website ein

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- (Laufendes) Studium der Informatik, Webdesign oder ähnlicher Studienrichtung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in WordPress
- Programmierkenntnisse in der Programmiersprache PHP
- Erfahrung mit Website-Optimierung und den gängigen Tools
- Datenbank-Kenntnisse MySQL
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google-Produkten, Microsoft und anderen Tools
- Problemlösungskompetenz; verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative; Teamfähigkeit
- Von Vorteil sind- Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS, Json, APIs, GIT
- Kenntnisse weiterer Programmier
- und Skriptsprachen
- Netzwerkerfahrung und Administrationskenntnisse

**Dein Start und deine Perspektive**:
Wir bieten eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre in kleinem Team mit flexibler Arbeitszeitgestaltung. Erforderlich ist eine monatliche **Arbeitszeit von ca. 32 Stunden** in vorheriger Abstimmung, auch im Home-Office möglich.
