**Principle Accountabilities**: To consistently deliver a ‘brand quality standard’ always meeting the expectations of our guests and aspire to exceed it. The core elements of the standard will entail: - A great welcome with a smile - Delivering safe, functional, fully equipped and clean accommodation - Being visible and available to our customers when they need us - To manage the on-site team including: - Coaching and developing of staff to deliver the brand quality standard - Assessing and monitoring individual performance of your onsite team - Recognising and celebrating great performance whilst promptly addressing any product delivery that is below standard before it affects our guests - The allocation of workload to ensure resources are fully and effectively utilised. - To be responsible for ensuring the safe-keeping of company monies, to submit accurate accounts paperwork - To ensure accommodation is fit for purpose through checking it is clean, fully equipped and that any maintenance work is completed. - To use technology to drive through efficiency and improve service delivery. - To ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and actions arising are completed - To ensure a good understanding and close working relationship with campsite staff and management. - To communicate effectively to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, that improves our guests experience - To carry out any other duties as required by your line manager Knowledge, Skills and Attitude Essential 18 + Good working knowledge of English language Experience of managing & developing people, coaching & providing feedback Ability to plan and organise Experience of providing a high standard of customer care An ability to make decisions and solve problems A working knowledge of numeracy and IT (Google Drive, smartphones, tablets and cloud based systems) Willingness to learn Preferred Good working knowledge of English language Experience of managing & developing people, coaching & providing feedback Ability to plan and organise Experience of providing a high standard of customer care An ability to make decisions and solve problems A working knowledge of numeracy and IT (Google Drive, smartphones, tablets and cloud based systems) Willingness to learn A word from the recruiter "European Camping Group means values, a unique professional experience, and the chance to evolve in a multicultural environment, in places that will make you dream and are already making our customers dream.
