**This is a hybrid role with office days required in Köln.**

**Fluency in German is mandatory.**

**Key Responsibilities**

To collect and reconcile credit notes and invoices owed to the company, and also manage company accounts, ensuring that customers have healthy credit and customer accounts are settled in a timely manner.

**Tasks will include**:

- Allocate daily receipts per customer remittances.
- Supply statements and dunning letters
- Make follow up phone calls.
- Provide copy invoices and proof of delivery.
- Resolving problems with customers in a professional manner
- Conduct debtor reviews.
- Periodic credit checks
- Set credit limits in Oracle.
- Place customers on hold
- Negotiate payment plans, review, follow up.
- Help update and maintain customer information.

**Knowledge Skills and Attributes**
- Bachelor’s degree requirement in a finance or business related field of study.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Competency with large ERP systems
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
