**Project Coordinator SME**
**Description of specific Duties in a typical workday for this position**:
- Developing solicitation package documentation for the development of new CTR and Modernization efforts. Activities will include market research, development of the SOWs, specifications, IGCEs, CDRLs, development of PR packages in GFEBs, and other documentation needed to complete the requirements package to include performing and documenting systems during site surveys. It is anticipated that there could be approximately 5-6 of these types of efforts per year
- Multiple continuous technology refreshment and modernization efforts under execution which will include in-plant and on-site testing, inventory, architecture reviews, manual verification and updates, site coordination, design, technical, and performance reviews, CDRL reviews, tactical vehicle data collection and other tasks associated with the delivery and acceptance of the trainers. It is anticipated that there could be approximately 4-6 simultaneous on-going efforts at any one time
- Developing program management review documentation, portfolio review documentation, briefings, etc
- Program Integrated Product Team meetings both at PEO STRI and at other locations as required
- Development of the Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs) for Milestone Decision authority approval
- Developing spend plans and tracking contract actions
- Developing schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- POE and POM development and documentation
- Programmatic briefings for PdM CTIS, PM ST and PEO leadership
- Coordination with the Combat Developer and the user community on doctrinal changes and new requirements effecting the capabilities of the center
- Developing briefings, funding/budget documents, GFEBS routing forms to fund contracts, schedules, etc
- Managing program requirements in the DOORs environment
- Inputting data and managing PEO and Army data repositories
- Supporting and or executing PMO priorities and integration across the Product and Program shop as required
**Required Skills**:
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelors Degree
- OCONUS travel to support the mission - Location is in Hohenfels, Germany
- Verbal and written communication as required for duties.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs
- PMP/DAWIAA Level III Certification
- Secret Clearance
- Proof of COVID 19 vaccination
