We are looking for several Certifying Staff CAT A1 (M/F/d) ideally with current maintenance experience for one or more aircraft types of the manufacturers Airbus or Boeing in the Line Maintenance division of Deutsche Lufthansa AG Germany. As Certifying Staff CAT A1 you will be responsible for the following tasks: - You carry out routine, non-routine maintenance work and visual inspections in the Line Maintenance according to LHA scope of authorization - You independently carry out simple troubleshooting and interpret the MEL within the scope of your authorization - You are responsible for carrying out your maintenance and inspection work - You document the work steps you have carried out - You issue clearances of aircraft for operation (CRS) according to "Minor Scheduled Line Maintenance", taking into account your scope of authorization **Qualifications** - You have at least a valid EASA Part-66 CAT A1 license (AML) (alternatively EASA Part-66 CAT B1 or CAT B2 with corresponding Airbus and/or Boeing type entries), ideally a completed vocational training in an aeronautical or technical profession. - You have at least 6 months of current work experience as Certifying Staff CAT A1 and can prove this with an excerpt from a corresponding system (qualified work certificate, Maintenance Work Experience Credential according to EASA GM3 145.A.30(e) or Authorizations Records (if issue date for the authorization is shown) the authorization is also shown). - Technical Aviation English ICAO Level 4 (For applicants without proof, a corresponding language level check will take place as part of the recruitment process) - Current certificates on Human Factors, EWIS (Target Group 4) and Fuel Tank Safety (Phase 1 & 2) - Proof of CAT A1 task training already carried out in accordance with AMC 145.A.30(g) for one or more aircraft types of the manufacturers Airbus or Boeing is desirable - Unrestricted valid driver's license (class B or comparable EC standard) - Your actions are always characterized by a high awareness of quality and safety - Willingness to travel on business - Working in shifts is a matter of course for you - Be empowered - you work independently and don't lose your head or sense of humor even in hectic times **Additional Information** Please send us all documents, evidence and certificates that you have received during your professional career in aviation, even if you do not fully meet the requirements.
