DESCRIPTION

Decypher is seeking an Application Support Services Associate to support George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (GCMC) Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides highly technical and administrative support of the GCMC SharePoint infrastructure to include design, development, architecture, availability, performance, monitoring and security. Contractor is responsible for overall day to day SharePoint maintenance and troubleshooting. Contractor participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint initiatives.
- Designs, develops, deploys and maintains customized GCMC approved software, to include, but not limited to: SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, Nintex and InfoPath forms, complex workflows, custom web parts, and various supported Microsoft 365 Products within the GCMC Infrastructure.
- Develops SharePoint site guides and training material for end users and site collection administrators. Contractor provides informal training on all custom developed and standard SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 custom developed functions to GCMC staff and participants, upon request.
- Shall be proficient with managing and maintaining a mid-sized SharePoint infrastructure. Contractor shall be experienced supporting Microsoft SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, and customized Microsoft 365 products.
- Provides Tier 2 support to the Help Desk relating to any SharePoint or Microsoft 365 related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- IAT II Security+ Certification
- 5 years of SharePoint administration experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
