Hey there We are SPRYFOX - a young AI startup, building solutions that show the value of analytics to a variety of customers. In the area of AI for Health we are working with healthcare providers and insurance companies to build models that derive optimal recommendations and improve health outcomes.

You have already proven industrial and academic experiences in data science/AI in the health and/or life science domain and bring domain expertise using real world medical data and enthusiasm about statistics/machine learning with you. Besides the technical side you enjoy working in a lively team and presenting your work in customer meetings.

**What will you do at SPRYFOX?**
- You will work on exciting projects on AI for health in an interdisciplinary, international team.
- It’s all about data quality: You know that without a deep understanding of the data and proper documentation of it, there is no point in developing any analytics methods. You value this part of an analytics journey as it extends your knowledge and, with the implementation of preprocessing and data enrichment steps, you are providing the basis of what you will work on tomorrow.
- You enjoy having responsibility for projects. You structure all work with support of the whole team and enjoy building convincing presentations and presenting your results to customers.
- You enjoy guiding junior colleagues.
- You will learn a lot of new things. Today it is a new collaboration platform, next week a new service on AWS. You know that, especially in AI, this is part of your work and you enjoy broadening your knowledge and sharing it with others.
- You will work together with the SPRYFOX founders on future product components and presales activities.
