**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Führung des BPM-Teams sowie Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der BPM-Governance
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines zweiköpfigen Teams
- Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen mit dem Ziel den Grad der Prozessorientierung des Unternehmens in enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR & IT zu verbessern
- Interne Beratung im Bereich Business Process Management als strategisches und operatives Instrument innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
- Proaktive Mitgestaltung der Unternehmenskultur hin zu einem ausgeprägten fachbereichsübergreifenden End2End Mindset.
- Das BPM-Team ist Teil der Abteilung Integrierte Management Systeme der KAYSER Group

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise in der Betriebswirtschaft, in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ingenieurswesen
- Ausbildung in Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement und/oder Organisationsentwicklung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Prozessmanagement-, Strategie
- oder Organisationsberater oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen in den Bereichen BPM oder Unternehmensentwicklung
- Erfahrung bzgl. der Anforderungen an Prozessmanagement aus technischer Sicht im Kontext der Digitalisierung wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse zu Compliance-Anforderungen und Managementsystemen (idealerweise im Bereich IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 und/oder ISO 50001) wünschenswert
- Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Reisebereitschaft, auch international
