**What you will be doing**
- Architect and execute cutting-edge SaaS Ops strategies rooted in operational excellence and innovation.
- Drive critical decisions on operational standards, AI tooling, and process design to enhance reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and refine a seamless onboarding framework for integrating newly acquired SaaS products into a unified operations ecosystem.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to maximize automation, optimize costs, and ensure peak operational performance.

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Engaging in repetitive manual tasks typical of traditional SaaS Ops; your focus will be on pioneering AI-driven solutions.
- Handling operations for a single product; you'll be orchestrating complex operations across a vast SaaS portfolio.
- Maintaining the status quo; your mission is to innovate and transform operations with cutting-edge AI technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a transformative, AI-powered SaaS Ops function that delivers unparalleled reliability, cost efficiency, and seamless integration across a growing portfolio of SaaS entities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and leading SaaS Ops for enterprise-level clients.
- Proven track record of owning SaaS Ops in an SME environment serving enterprise customers.
- Advanced proficiency in AWS and DevOps technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
