**Your role**:
For a global implementation of a new integrated Document Management tool for HR letters, you are supporting during the template creation phase. The focus will be to transfer existing word templates into the online editor of the tool, formatting the templates and implementing logic to pull data from the global HR management system.
You will partner virtually with different local team leads located in Wroclaw (Poland), Manila (Philippines) and Weiterstadt (Germany) who are responsible for the content of the templates and the delivery of our services for employees.
**Who you are**:
- Current student in relevant discipline
- Technical/IT affinity
- Previous experience in HR operational teams are preferred
- Knowledge in MS Word or similar text editor tools
- Basic understanding of data tables in systems
- Fluent in German and English (Italian, Spanish, French as additional language are an asset)
- Creativity to find solutions
- Attention to details
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
