**Intern Data Scientist in Digital Transformation (M/F/d)**

The corporate Decision Science unit at Bayer AG is the key partner of central functions for data science & analytics. We work globally and across all corporate functions in Bayer including, but not limited to Procurement, Finance, HR or Cyber Security. We tackle and solve most demanding business challenges and build analytical products with the mission to improve the overall efficiency and decision making in the company.

**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**
- Work and learn under the advice and supervision of an experienced data scientist (M/F/d) from the corporate Decision Science unit
- Support the development of data products based on machine learning models from structured data and text data (NLP)
- Be part of collaborative projects involving different corporate function units within Bayer
- Contribute to a positive team culture and work ethos based on Bayer LIFE values

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Enrolled Master student (M/F/d) in computer science, data science, physics, mathematics or similar
- Strong programming skills and experience with Python and related data analysis and machine learning libraries
- Good understanding of machine learning algorithms
- Organized, focused and with a high degree of commitment, independence and time management
- Able to communicate complex ideas in a clear, precise and actionable manner both written and verbally
- Fluent in German both written and spoken, English is a plus
