**About the role**:
**What **You’ll** Do**:

- Craft persuasive, compelling, and relevant copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure that all content adheres to relevant data protection and privacy regulations and follows best practices.
- Maintain a content calendar to schedule content deliveries, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure a consistent and cohesive client experience.
- Implement content personalisation approaches to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Create content within CMS and CRM tools.
- Target and schedule campaign send-outs for all marketing channels using our CRM tools
- Prepare informational pages and setup communications, and ensure all comms owned are delivering as expected.
- Perform quality assurance and error checks on communication setups, CRM promotions, and product-specific promotions.
- Supporting with various other CRM-related responsibilities like execution, scheduling target groups, etc.

**About You**:

- 1+ year of iGaming experience.
- Exceptional proofreading skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Proven experience in content creation.
- Advantageous: CRM content management experience in iGaming and sportsbook.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with CRM concepts.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English - Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is considered a plus.
