**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
The Head of Sustainability Adoption (f/m/d) is responsible for supporting the success of all employees within the larger team by helping to identify development opportunities and supporting team members to achieve their goals.
In this role, you are accountable for our customers’ successful adoption of our innovative Sustainability solutions from project planning to go-live, driving usage & value realization. This includes initiatives to improve quality, standardization for scalability and effectiveness of the implementation process, as well as enablement of implementation partners, SAP Services and pre-sales on the same. You support the further development of the Sustainability solutions based on customer feedback in close partnership with development, solution management and Go-to-Market teams.
The responsibilities further include:
- Build execution plan for Customer Adoption together with the Sustainability leadership team and monitor the execution against the plan
- Drive customer adoption and optimization of Adopt and Consume activities
- Manage the customer post-licensing execution till go-live, across regions and deliver a connected customer rollout experience
- Define implementation roadmap & drive its execution for key customers/projects including project management, deployment, and go-live support activities
- Ensure enablement and readiness of partners and SAP internal teams
- Manage critical resource situations and their potential impact on adoption
- Ensure that adoption & usage goals and milestones are met, and approved implementation budgets are managed appropriately
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Deep knowledge in the area of Sustainability services, market insights, key trends, customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Solid experience in the development of Sustainability solutions and customer adaptation
- Broad experience in leading strategic initiatives around Sustainability customer service
- Experience in developing professional services and offerings around decarbonization
- Familiarity with customer cooperation up to C-Level
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to constantly motivate and develop the team
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
- Several years of professional working experience in a software/technology environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory
