Billing Specialist (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Das IGES Institut führt zahlreiche Beratungs
- und Forschungsprojekte durch. Als Finance Assistant (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die korrekte kaufmännische Abrechnung dieser Projekte gegenüber unseren Kunden und haben somit eine wichtige Funktion.
- Zu den Aufgaben gehört:

- Bearbeiten von Abrechnungsunterlagen und Erstellen von Rechnungen nach Projektfortschritt
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter im kaufmännischen Bereich sowie beim Projektcontrolling
- Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei der Teilnahme an Ausschreibungsverfahren
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit unseren Kunden zu unseren Projekten (Telefon, Mail), z. B. zu den Abrechnungsmodalitäten
- Pflege der Projekt-Datenbanken und Stammdatenpflege sowie Unterstützung bei Auswertungen und Recherchen

Qualifikation
- Einschlägiges Studium, abgeschlossene kaufmännisch Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strukturierte, lösungs
- und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on Mentalität
- Verständigungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
