As Business Assistant you will help manage many of the day-to-day operations of our business and help keep everything running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to be on the journey with an early-stage startup throughout its scaling stages

Tasks
- Managing the flow of communication throughout the office
- Handling basic accounting tasks
- Managing the purchase and distribution of office supplies
- Maintaining office equipment
- Co-ordinating the use of office space
- Assisting company event planning
- Filing and organizing employee documents
- Providing administrative assistance to our Founders (such as prioritizing the most sensitive

**Requirements**:

- You have 2+ years of working experience in handling administrative tasks
- You are motivated in getting to know all areas of the business
- Hands-on personality, team-play-spirit, and efficient time management
- Passionate for sustainability
- Fluent in English and German (Portuguese is a plus)
