- und Lieferketten entscheidend mitgestaltet.
- Your responsibilities and tasks:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche Leitung eines globalen Teams von über 30 Mitarbeitenden sowie Verantwortung für ein Einkaufsvolumen von ca. 80 Mio. €
- Aufbau klarer Strukturen, Steuerung von KPIs (z. B. Liefertermintreue, Durchlaufzeiten, Bestände) und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung
- Lieferantenmanagement und enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Procurement-Teams
- Implementierung professioneller Bedarfsprognosen in Zusammenarbeit mit Service Sales & Excellence
- Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Teams sowie aktives Risikomanagement

Your profile and qualifications:
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, BWL o. Ä., Master von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Procurement & Supply Chain Leadership, davon 3 Jahre im Servicegeschäft (EPC-Erfahrung wünschenswert)
- Starke Verhandlungs
- und Analysefähigkeiten sowie sichere Anwendung von Procurement-Tools
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau B2-C1 des GER
