**Project** Description**:
Currently, we seek to grow our Automotive Advisory, empowering our customers to create capabilities akin to tech & SW companies. We are looking for an experienced Lead Advisor sharing our vision - combining Luxoft global agile & automotive SW excellence from in-vehicle to cloud, CI/CD & DevOps, connectivity & data, architecture & platforms, UI/UX as well as operational expertise and business intelligence into a holistic approach covering the complete digital lifecycle of user-centric, connected, autonomous and electric vehicles, for the benefit of our word-class client base and prospects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop quality relationships and trusted advisor status with key client decision makers and influencers to promote transformative growth with a multi-year horizon focused on accelerating digital transformation
- Drive system thinking towards client-specific transformation needs, covering value proposition and business outcomes, technology strategies and operating models, thereby paving the ground for scalable Luxoft services
- Lead consulting teams into winning and executing advisory projects focused on software-development excellence, software
- and system architectures, and digital lifecycles, including
- Maturity assessment, benchmarking of client capabilities, technologies, processes, and revenue streams o Transformation roadmaps for software capabilities, architectures, processes and operations towards efficiency, optimization, and scaling o Extension, adaptation, stabilization, and operationalization of the transformation in preparation of scale-out
- Constantly learn and demonstrate thought leadership, innovate on our current thinking, and develop new approaches addressing emerging customer needs
- Maintain cross-functional alignment with multiple Luxoft Solutions and Engineering disciplines, drive towards a successful client outcome and evolution of Luxoft capabilities and offerings
- Establish and evolve consulting best practices, methods, and tools
- Develop, enable, guide, and manage a high performing team of consultants
- Manage business functions incl. budgeting, utilization, forecasting for your Advisory team
