Team Lead Data Analytics

We are currently seeking a Team Lead Data Analytics - Suppliers, Assortment & Pricing (all genders). In this role, you lead a team of 7 data analysts who support various areas of flaconi's business, including Logistics, Assortment, Supplier Management, and Pricing, and play a crucial role in driving the company's business results. You have a high-exposure role with regular interactions with VPs and senior management. Additionally, you have access to modern tech stacks and support from other data teams.

**Your role**:

- As part of this role, you are responsible for expanding, managing, and developing a team of up to 10 data analysts
- You oversee projects that implement analytical solutions in areas such as assortment and product pricing, supplier relationships, logistics, and purchasing
- Furthermore, you ensure the quality assurance of both technological and business aspects of realized projects
- Collaboration is everything - you work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data science, and other technical teams
- You provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, including the senior management team, to support key business decisions
- Additionally, you meet with representatives from business teams and other data teams to agree on the scope and approach of individual tasks
- You continually raise the bar of data solutions by bringing innovative proposals and running proof of concept (PoC) for new areas of data insights or toolsYou also have the opportunity to design and lead innovative data projects across multiple domains

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Logistics, or other quantitative science
- Proven track record of leading a team of data analysts for at least 2 years
- Data visualization experience, ideally in Tableau
- Thorough understanding of SQL (tested during the recruitment process) and data analysis methods and approaches, fluency in Python is a plus
- Proven track record of completed projects in at least three of the following areas: assortment, category management, product pricing, purchasing, logistics and fulfillment, supply chain management, supplier relations, or retail media
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
