Ihre Aufgaben:

- Übernahme von Teilprojektaufgaben im Transition-Management, gleichzeitige Tätigkeiten in mehreren Projekten
- Erstellung der Transition Planung und Koordination mit den Fachabteilungen
- Klärung fachlicher und technischer Detailfragen mit den fachlichen Ansprechpartner:innen
- Beratungsfunktion der Projekte und Fachabteilungen in der Transitionphase
- Überwachung der Prozessschritte in der Transitionphase
- Durchführung der Quality Gate Meetings und Readiness Checks inkl. Protokollierung
- Verwendung von Managementsystemen (MS Project, JIRA etc.)

Ihr Profil:

- Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertig anerkannte Berufsausbildung in der Informationstechnik/Elektrotechnik/ITBerufen
- Berufserfahrung mind. 5 Jahre
- Kenntnisse in einschlägigen Tools (MSOffice, -Project, -Visio, -Word, - PowerPoint, -Excel, -Outlook,JIRA)
- Kenntnisse in Prozessen ITIL, idealer Weise EPDF
- Zertifizierungen GPM Basis; MS Project
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1, Englisch mind. B1
