Leader of Working Capital Management

As the Leader of Working Capital Management (M/F/d), you will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts and inventory planners/ analysts to optimize inventory levels, set targets, and implement measures to enhance overall efficiency. This role involves collaboration with various functions, providing conceptual input to reporting and analyses, and acting as a key interface for working capital management. You will functionally lead local sales entities and production companies to maintain optimal inventory levels. We are looking for you in our office in Allendorf or Berlin. **Your impact**: - Manage the inventory management department and lead a team of inventory planners, inventory analysts and business analysts - Lead the optimization of inventory levels across the company by means of target setting, parameter optimization, and monitoring - Set up a programme of measures and their monitoring for inventory optimization - Lead root cause analyses of inventory developments and the implementation of corrective actions - Provide conceptual inputs to reporting, analyses and initiatives - Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, production and finance, to align inventory plans with business goals **Who you are**: You are a leader with both strategic and analytical skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement in inventory management. - Master's degree in Business administration, Industrial engineering or similar disciplines - Several years of professional experience in inventory, supply chain management or related areas - Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team - Strong analytical skills and a track record of successful inventory optimization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good IT and SAP knowledge - Fluent in English and German Even if you don't fulfil all of the above but are ready to take this challenge on as a next step, go ahead and press "Apply" anyway.
