Intertek, a leading provider of ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) Services, for its Industry Services Division is looking for **Aircraft Refueling Inspector **for upcoming projects in Oil & Gas and related fields in Hamburg area.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
Inspector shall be familiar with Aviation Fueling equipment and Mobile Fuel Equipment and he will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all equipment or material inspected meets the requirements of either the Customer procurement documents, or the Project requirements, whichever is more stringent.

Some of the tasks to be performed:

- Witnessing FAT testing / verifying supplied the aviation fuelling equipment is in accordance to the specification’s
- Verification / review test certificates, reports and all applicable documentaton.
- Verification of calibration certificates for inspection tools, equipment’s and instruments.
- In-process inspection for all QC-activities as per ITP.
- Factory acceptance test, final inspection of product.
- Review of Quality Manufacturing Dossier.
- Verification of NCR’s.
- Issuance of detailed inspection report for the performed activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To review the assignment instruction for adequacy and practicality.
- To attend pre-production and other meetings as required.
- To liaise with clients, and others as relevant, in the determination of inspection stages and
- To ensure all inspection and related activities in which involved are performed in accordance with requirements as defined in Intertek work instructions and procedures requirements.
- To visit manufacturers, suppliers, installers and others as necessary to perform or witness the requisite inspections.
- To provide in good time all required reports of the inspections performed / witnessed.

**Anforderungsprofil**:
A minimum of 10 years employed either by manufacturer(s), constructor(s) or inspection(s) in similar aircraft refuelling system’s including mobile fuel equipment.

Fluent written and spoken English

Educational qualifications in relevant disciplines (one or more of the following):

- University degree
- National Higher Education
- Chartered Engineer
