THE OPPORTUNITY Can you imagine yourself being part of a company and team where it’s all about people? As a People Operations Specialist, you will be part of our growing People Operations Team. Your mission is to focus on the needs of our employees (or as we like to call them, 'Spatialists') and support them through their employee life cycle at NavVis. Your work will greatly contribute to our company culture by ensuring a unique employee experience. You will be joining our Global People & Culture Team working with colleagues from nearly 10 different nationalities who are passionate about people and culture. This role is open to both part-timers and full-timers and you can work from our beautiful Munich office with a flexible hybrid setup. Then we would love to hear from you THE TEAM'S MISSION THIS YEAR As the global People and Culture compass, we enable our existing and future Spatialists to grow, succeed and make an impact. We make up the backbone of NavVis. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT - You will be the point of contact for our employees and their employment-related questions - You will ensure seamless and compliant people operations covering the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding - You will maintain our HR System (Personio) as our single source of truth of employment data - You will set up People policies and processes that allow effective collaboration in a hybrid working environment - You will support in the monthly payroll process which is run by external payroll providers for our different entities - You will have the chance to work with the rest of the People Team on global topics and our overall People & Culture setup WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE - Previous experience ( min 3 years) in People Operations, ideally in an international environment - A team player attitude, empathy and strong communication skills will serve you while collaborating with colleagues throughout the organization - Attention to detail and a pragmatic can-do attitude - A desire to ensure the smooth running of People & Culture operations whilst continuously improving and scaling the setup - Good knowledge of social security and labor law - Fluent spoken and written in German and English HOW WE WILL KEEP YOU SMILING - It's important to take a break from work We offer 30 days of paid time off per year - We offer flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup, enabling you to plan your work around your life, and not your life around work - An attractive bike leasing model through JobRad, in line with our commitment towards sustainable mobility - A competitive compensation package that values the skills and experience you bring - Up to 4000 EUR employee referral bonus
