Valet Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
The Valet Supervisor will lead a team of valet attendants, ensuring high-quality service, efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and German regulations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of valet attendants, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and parked/retrieved efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Train new team members on procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, reports, and staff performance.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or automotive industry.
- Valid German driver's license (Class B) and a clean driving record.
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
