**Payment Specialist (m/w/d)**

In einem dynamischen Umfeld, das Innovation und Erfolg ermöglicht, gestalten Sie aktiv die Zukunft des Zahlungsverkehrs mit.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Beratung mittelständischer und großer Firmenkunden zu Zahlungslösungen (z. B. Geschäftskonten, Firmenkarten, Blockchain, POS-Systeme).
- Identifikation individueller Bedarfe und Entwicklung optimaler Zahlungsverkehrslösungen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Firmenkundenberater zur Entwicklung kreativer Vertriebsstrategien und Cross-Selling-Potenziale.
- Umsetzung von Vertriebskampagnen und aktive Mitgestaltung innovativer Ansätze zur Kundenakquise.
- Strategische Beratung und nachhaltige Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen.

Direkter Einfluss auf die finanzielle Gesundheit und den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Kunden.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Bankfachwirt:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Online-Zahlungsverkehr.
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und gängigen EDV-Anwendungen.
- Kommunikationsstärke, souveränes Auftreten und Teamgeist.
