**Duties**:
The IRM Administrative Assistant supports the IMO and two IRM subsections with administrative services including time and attendance,
individual travel services, and special projects. The incumbent reports directly to the Mission’s Information Management Officer (IMO) and is
responsible for coordinating schedules, tracking data calls, taskers and correspondence as well as assisting with the tracking and payment of
services related to the Consulate’s data circuits. They assist the IMO with liaison work with vendors, DoS and other agency officials; provide
guidance on varied IRM issues to Mission clientele including those at Consulate Dusseldorf; coordinate with RSO on security issues impacting
IRM operations; serve as timekeeper for IRM section. Incumbent is required to interact with different IRM elements and other Management
sections to complete a variety of tasks previously prioritized but with frequent priority changes.

EXPERIENCE:

- Three (3) years of administrative work in an office environment is required.
- Education Requirements:
Successful completion of a secondary school (High School, German Abitur or equivalent i.e. GRE) is required.

- English: Good Working Knowledge in speaking/reading/writing is required.
- German: Good Working Knowledge in speaking/reading/writing is required.
