Vp of Operations

Pax8, the world’s favourite Cloud Marketplace, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of **VP of Strategy and Operations (M/F/d) **for our rapidly expanding EMEA region. Our platform serves more than 30,000 plus MSPs, 500K SMEs across the globe, and we are 400+ employees across EMEA.

This is a senior role for a gifted, pan-European leader with a magnetic, fun, executive presence with the ability to clearly align strategy whilst orchestrating the “key players and layers” in our People centric culture.

Pax8 EMEA is dynamically charged; a business area experiencing hyper-growth phase. This role develops the strategic roadmaps and drives the efficient execution of business growth and change initiatives at an exciting time.

If you have built the plane (or boat) whilst flying (or sailing) it at the same time - you might be right for us. We are not about “corporate bloat or too much layering” - we are entrepreneurial, fun, mouldable, agile, flat structured and fast and want the executive “biz whiz” to match us.

You could be located near any one of our Pax8 main offices across Europe in either Zwolle (Netherlands) Frankfurt (Germany) Riga ( Latvia ) Estonia (Tallinn ) Vilnius ( Lithuania) Stockholm (Sweden) Brussels ( Belgium), and you’ll be happy to make frequent trips across Europe along with infrequent trips to the USA.

You’ll excel at cascading strategic alignment and understanding across the organization, paving the way for smooth and successful commercial implementations. You’ll drive informed decision-making towards scalable solutions across the business, ensuring Pax8 remains at the forefront of innovation and efficiency. You’ll have proven ability for combining growth with operational efficiency, and you'll achieve impact in this role through positioning Pax8 as a dominant force in the EMEA market.

- Leading the development of the company's strategic plan, including capacity planning and budgets, working closely with the executive team and relevant stakeholders.
- Defining and prioritizing strategic objectives and initiatives at EMEA company level, aligning them with the global business goals.
- Conducting thorough market analysis, competitor research, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Building, developing, managing and guiding a high performing team in Strategy & Operations to execute against the strategic plan for the EMEA region
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of implemented strategies.
- Regularly reviewing and analyzing performance data, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
- Preparing and delivering comprehensive reports and presentations on strategy implementation progress and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Developing Business Models and evaluating strategic KPIs
- Collaborating with senior leaders to cascade the strategic vision and ensure alignment throughout the organization.
- Driving organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, board members, and industry partners.
- Influencing and consulting with other departments, providing strategic guidance and support to facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
- Represent the organization in external events, conferences, and industry forums to stay updated on emerging trends and build strategic alliances.
