**Your mission**:

- Lead the development of AI-driven UAV swarm intelligence, enabling autonomous decision-making and real-time adaptation
- Design multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) models for decentralized swarm coordination
- Develop adversarial machine learning (AML) defense mechanisms against enemy AI-driven UAVs and electronic warfare threats
- Optimize deep learning architectures for real-time UAV perception, navigation, and mission execution
- Implement federated learning and decentralized AI for scalable swarm intelligence in contested environments
- Collaborate with robotics, cybersecurity, and embedded AI teams to integrate AI into real-world UAV defense systems
- Define the long-term AI research roadmap, ensuring technological superiority in AI-powered UAV systems
- Represent the company in AI defense research communities, military advisory boards, and industry conferences

**Your profile**:

- 8+ years experience in AI/ML research, autonomous systems, or swarm intelligence
- Expertise in reinforcement learning (RL), multi-agent systems, and adversarial AI
- Strong background in deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow), graph neural networks (GNNs), and probabilistic models
- Experience in real-time AI inference on edge devices (Jetson, TPU, FPGA, Neuromorphic Chips)
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats to AI systems, adversarial ML, and AI deception techniques
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust for AI model optimization and deployment

Nice to have
- Background in biologically inspired AI and nature-based swarm intelligence
- Knowledge of AI ethics, explainability (XAI), and safe AI for autonomous decision-making
