HR Operations Team Lead

**As HR Operations Team Lead, your responsibility together with a small team of HR Managers will be to simplify, automate, digitize, and execute our HR processes across the entire employee life cycle to drive an exceptional employee experience in all of our 5 companies.**

**What you will do**:

- You will ensure efficient delivery of HR support for our staff with a focus on creating an exceptional employee experience based on well-designed, highly automated end-2-end HR processes
- You will constantly streamline processes and procedures within HR Operations
- You will lead projects aimed at ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence particularly through process digitalization and automatization
- You will ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll activities being executed by our external service provider
- You will ensure excellent quality of data handled by the team in accordance with Data Privacy rules
- You will take over operational HR tasks on a regular base as well - depending on team capacity and volume of requests
- You will ensure the development and engagement of team members like e.g., positive recognition opportunities, performance reviews, promoting career development and giving space for personal and professional growth

**Who you are**:

- You have a relevant university degree combined with several years of experience as an HR professional
- You have a demonstrated mindset of driving excellent HR experiences for employees
- You are familiar with HR IT Systems and how to optimize and leverage these for process automation
- You have previous leadership experience with a focus on driving performance through engagement and enablement
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You have the ability to deal with change, prioritize, act quickly and pragmatically in a fast-paced environment
- You are a strong problem solver and decision maker, act service driven and with a strong continuous improvement mindset
- You have a strong focus on compliance and data protection
- You have a learning mindset and want to learn something new every day
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
