**Tech Lead - Flutter**
**A bit about us**
BeautifulDestinations is launching a mobile app to serve its 45M+ social travel community to solve the problem of where to travel through short vertical videos The team includes Jeremy who has been a leader in travel and the creator economy for ten years, while also being a repeat founder (TicTrac exited for $60m this year). Saad is a well-respected technical leader having launched and grown multiple startups, most recently the unicorn Flink.
**Role Summary**
**Duties / Responsibilities**:
- Lead our core development team
- Define and maintain standards for code health, engineering velocity and coding culture then help the team meet team
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of experience as a technical lead and people manager
- Experience in working with large mobile video/streaming platforms
- Proven experience in Flutter and Dart. We are aware that Flutter is a relatively new framework, so take the “Senior” in Senior Flutter Developer with a grain of salt but you should be a seasoned developer in general
- Experience with clean architecture and third party libraries, APIs and SDKs such as facebook pixel is a must
- Experience with automated testing and building
- Experience with Git, Terraform and Jira is a must
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is a must.

**Salary**: From 95,000.00€ per year
