Your apprenticeship lasts 3 years (can be shortened) and takes place alternately in the company and at the vocational school (block teaching):

- You will work in fixed areas such as Human Resources, Finance and Procurement and have the opportunity to choose from other exciting elective stations (e.g. Marketing, Ground Operations, Crew Training, etc.), allowing you to shape your training independently according to your interests
- You will take on administrative tasks and gain a comprehensive overview of the procedures and processes behind flight operations
- You also have the opportunity to get involved in trainee and student projects independently

Before starting your apprenticeship, you should have successfully completed a higher education entrance qualification. You should also bring the following with you in your hand luggage:

- You are highly motivated and proactive and work independently and precisely
- Teamwork is a matter of course for you
- You have a good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
