**YOUR ROLE**
- As a Senior Product Designer, you will be required to coach less experienced peers and participate in product discovery and product delivery, create meaningful experiences and establish a visual standard in the B2B IIoT domain. You combine strong interaction & visual acumen, facilitation skills, and empathy to craft experiences that lead our users to knowledge and informed action. In this role, you will be on a specialist career path working on UX and UI.

**YOUR TEAM**
- You will be working in our Portfolio organization reporting to the Equipment-as-a-Service Product Director.

**WHAT SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER DO HERE**

**Typical day to day tasks for a Senior Product Designer might include**:

- Create concepts, illustrate wireframes and design specifications for the next big leap, the sprints ahead, as well as improve the current release.
- Lead in all stages of the product development process, from problem framing to ideation, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
- Take ownership of feature development, supervise other designers, and ensure the implementation meets user requirements and is implemented as specified.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and the agile development team, to ship customer-centric, high-quality, and delightful experiences.
- Conduct user research & testing and participate in discovery workshops to validate assumptions.
- Investigate the competitive landscape, understand the target user & context, identify jobs to be done, and validate your assumptions.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements, interpret qualitative and quantitative results, and turn insights into improvements.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends and make sure relayr’s platform follows the latest UX and UI trends.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Product Design expert able to set a vision and help peers to internalize the right tradeoffs between business strategy, technology, and customer experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in agile software development.
- You embrace multidisciplinary teamwork and deep user empathy. and citizen-centric product development processes.
- Strong communication skills. You know that the success of whatever you are working on relies on the energy and attitude you bring to it.
- A track record of working in B2B and Industrial IoT is required.
- Formal education in the study of Digital Design, Interaction Design, Software Product Design, or equivalent.
