Strategy & consulting, concept & creation, classic & digital as well as the planning and implementation of target group specific marketing campaigns are part of our offer.

Our customers can be found all over Europe, their products and services in every nursery.

**Your tasks**:

- Supporting the team with product, market and customer analyses
- Supporting the development and implementation of campaigns across various communication channels in collaboration with the team
- Cooperation with other departments (such as market research, audio, social media)) and with external service providers/agencies
- Independent takeover of sub-projects

**What you bring with you**:

- Student (B.A./M.A.) preferably with a focus on marketing
- Strong interest in contemporary communication and the target groups of children & families
- Ideally first experience in a company or agency
- Enthusiasm for marketing topics
- Creativity and a good sense of communication
- Good analytical skills and ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex and new topics
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Commitment, independence and personal responsibility
- Flexibility, willingness to perform and team spirit
