Deine Aufgaben
- Du bringst ein tiefgreifendes strategisches Verständnis für Kanäle, Formate und Content-Trends mit, um eine hoch emotionalisierte Marke aufzubauen und zum Erfolg zu führen
- Du bist die thematische und disziplinarische Führung des 5-köpfigen Influencer-Teams
- Du trägst die volle Budgetverantwortung für Deinen Bereich
- Du treibst die Prozessautomatisierung und Datenqualität im Creator Marketing voran, um dessen Leistung proaktiv zu steuern und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu fördern
- Systematisches Testen und Skalieren neuer Online-Marketing-Kanäle und Trichter in Bezug auf Angebote, Aufhänger und Zielgruppen
- Datengetriebene Analyse von Funnel-Metriken, Werbemitteln und Kundenkohorten

- 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem wachstumsstarken D2C E-Commerce Unternehmen
- Pragmatismus und Hands-on-Mentalität ohne Scheu vor großen Herausforderungen
- Du denkst weitsichtig und brichst unsere High-Level-Marketing-Strategie durch Deine sehr guten Skills ins Team runter
- Du bist Marketing verrückt, brennst für digitale Themen & E-Commerce und verfolgst Social-Media-Trends
- Mehrjährige Leadership Erfahrung und eine Leidenschaft junge Talente zu entwickeln
- Leidenschaft für Food, Health & Lifestyle Produkte
- Fachwissen über globale Trends in den Bereichen Marketing, Positionierung und Branding
- Eine ordentliche Portion Data Nerdy-ness
