Ihre Aufgaben
- Führen, Motivieren, Entwickeln und Koordinieren des Teams
- Erstellen von Auswertungen und Reportings
- Einführen und Weiterentwickeln von Prozessen und Tools
- Akquirieren von Technikstandorten in den vorgegebenen Suchgebieten
- Verhandeln von neuen Mietverträgen mit dem Ziel bestmögliche kommerzieller Ergebnisse zu erreichen
- Erarbeiten von Konzepten und Strategien zur langfristigen Sicherung von Technikstandorten
- Optimierung der Mietkosten durch Marktsondierungen
- Mitarbeiten bei Standortoptimierungen
- Übernehmen der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle des Teams
- Bearbeiten von abteilungs
- und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Das wünschen wir uns
- Kaufmännisch oder Technische Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbrache oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium
- Kenntnisse in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Hohe Veränderungs
- und Gestaltungsmotivation
- Verhandlungsgeschick bei Vertragsverhandlungen
- Sicherer PC-Umgang: MS-Office
- Ziel
- und ergebnisorientierte Vorgehensweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- (mind. Level C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level B1)
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
