You will lead and oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, commercial and financial performance of the heavy-duty corrugated manufacturing plant, ensuring it meets market demands for sustainable packaging solutions while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental standards.

**Your mission**:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the plant’s strategic plan aligned with corporate goals, focusing on growth in heavy-duty packaging markets.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure outperforming of industry standards in safety, health and environment specific to heavy-duty manufacturing to make sure that people come home safe every day.
- Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of plant operations including production efficiency, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality heavy-duty corrugated products.
- Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, monitor financial KPIs, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Team Development & Leadership: Lead senior management and operational teams; foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Technology Adoption: Drive adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and process improvements tailored to heavy-duty corrugated production.

**Your profile**:

- Extensive experience in managing large-scale manufacturing plants within the packaging or corrugated industry.
- Deep understanding of heavy-duty corrugated product specifications and customer requirements.
- Strong leadership with proven ability to drive operational excellence.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experienced in working together with works council.
- Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations relevant to heavy-duty manufacturing.
- Being fluent in German and English.
