Tradebyte - the leading integrator for Fashion & Lifestyle brands across Europe and an independent company within the Zalando Group - is looking for a motivated Working Student to support the Ecosystem team.

**As working student in the Ecosystem team you are responsible for**:

- Assist with data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
- Conduct basic data analysis and visualisation to support project objectives.
- Internal reporting
- Support for commercial and marketing topics
- Project observation, stakeholder communication
- Owning and driving (parts of) smaller projects
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Supporting business stakeholders with ad-hoc questions on internal performance, external partner/business development efforts.

**Core Tasks**:

- Analysis and interpretation of relevant data in our field
- Preparation and presentation of results, further planning of follow ups
- Support in preparation and planning for all commercial topics (data tracking, forecasting) and related fields
- Overall project observation (deadlines, stakeholder), marketing activities.

**Contribution - Expected Results/ Benefits**:

- Building a transparent and scalable reporting and analysis structure, including the main KPIs and data for further business steering and planning.
- Successful realisation of (small) projects within the Ecosystem
- Contribution to the overall success of our internal offering

**Critical Incident / Challenges**
- Internal consolidation of Ecosystem-relevant topics as well as prioritisation and steering of them
- (Support of) cross-departmental project management of Ecosystem topics
- Creating full transparency about the progress of initiatives at any given point in time and permanent measuring against the goals

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Management, Economics, or similar) in Germany
- Strong interest in E-commerce, or SaaS
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
