Für unser erstklassiges Real Estate M&A Team suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Knowledge Management an unseren Standorten Berlin, Frankfurt oder Hamburg.

**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**
- Führung eines eingespielten Knowledge Management Teams mit zur Zeit zwei wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter:innen in Hamburg
- Weiterentwicklung von Best Practice Knowledge im Bereich Real Estate M&A in Deutschland
- Analysen praxisrelevanter Gesetzgebungsverfahren und Rechtsprechung sowie Erstellung von Newslettern
- Inhaltliche Konzeption und Vorbereitung von Konferenzen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
- Identifizierung aktueller juristischer Themen und Trends für Business Development Initiativen und Vorbereitung von Client Briefings
- Weiterentwicklung von Legal Tech Applikationen zusammen mit dem Freshfields Lab in Berlin
- Zusammenarbeit mit Associates und Partner:innen, aus der Mandatsarbeit und den Knowledge-Abteilungen auf nationaler sowie globaler Ebene
- Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Know-How-Datenbanken
- Pflege der hausinternen Datenbank und Aktualisierung von Musterdokumenten

**Das ist Dein Profil**
- Du hast Dein juristisches Studium mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossen und Erfahrungen als Anwält:in in einer Großkanzlei gesammelt
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Spaß daran, ein junges Team zu führen
- Du hast Freude an Legal Tech
